Dick's Sporting Goods Celebrates Grand Opening At Jefferson Valley Mall

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Dick’s Sporting Goods will be celebrating its grand opening at the Jefferson Valley Mall this weekend with giveaways, prizes and an appearance by former New York Yankees pitcher John Wetteland.

Doors open at 8 a.m. Friday.

The first 100 people on line at the new 45,000-square-foot anchor store will receive Adidas Go-To Performance shirts. Everyone in line at 7:45 a.m. on Friday and Saturday will get the chance to open a Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Locker for special prizes.

Wetteland will be on hand from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, to sign autographs.

Those in line at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16, will also get the chance to open Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Lockers. The first 100 adults in line Sunday will receive mystery gift cards, the store said.

The doors open at 9 a.m. Sunday.

The store’s regular hours are 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

The Jefferson Valley Mall is at 650 Lee Blvd. in Yorktown Heights.
