This discussion, part of the hospital’s ongoing speaker series, will focus on general health care for adolescents and answer questions regarding age-related issues for boys and girls. There will also be an overview of the human papillomavirus and the latest data regarding the HPV vaccine and answer questions about its impact on adolescent health.

Solomon is active in the community, volunteering at her children’s schools and teaching an exercise class called FlyBarre at Flywheel Sports in Scarsdale.

Solomon lives in Chappaqua with her husband Adam and her two children. Her experience with Northern Westchester Hospital involves the birth of her second child. It also includes a relationship with her OB/GYN Dr. Keller, one of the featured presenters at the speaker series.

“Dr. Keller has earned my trust on more than one occasion, and I respect her," said Solomon. "That is why after my 11-year-old daughter was at the pediatrician last year and we learned about the HPV vaccine, I went directly to Dr. Keller to find out her opinion on whether or not to trust this vaccine.”

Tickets for the discussion are $10 per person. Click here to learn more about the upcoming community discussion and to purchase tickets.
