Pablo Roberto Gomez-Sanchez, 45, touched the younger girl’s breasts and vagina “more than once” beginning when she was six, the indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack on Feb. 24 says. It says he also forced her to touch him.
Englewood police and members of Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit arrested Gomez-Sanchez in February of last year after learning of the alleged assaults on the younger girl.
Molinelli said they quickly discovered alleged incidents involving the older girl, as well, that she said occurred beginning in June 2009, when she was 15.
The eight-count indictment also accuses Gomez-Sanchez of impairing the morals of both girls.
He remained held on $275,000 bail.
