Free for discussion group 2-3 pm; a $10 donation is requested to attend the T'ai Chi instruction from 1pm-2pm
This group is open to all who are affected by Essential Tremor - whatever the cause. The group opens with a T'ai Chi instructional hour (a $ 10 donation is requested) followed by group discussions and support - open to family and friends as well.
