NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. A 43-year-old White Plains man was charged with first-degree rape, a felony, Tuesday in connection with a morning incident involving a 23-year-old New Rochelle resident, police said.
Police said male acquaintance Carlos Villalona came over to visit the victim and forced her to have sex with him after she refused him several times while her child was in her south end home, according to New Rochelle Police Department Captain and Public Information Officer Joseph Schaller.
The victim then informed her ex-husband, who then notified police leading to further investigation and the arrest of Villalona in Hartsdale near his place of employment as a food delivery driver, police said.
