Teaneck man, 23, charged with molesting girl, 14, in Cresskill

Eduardo Garcia of Intervale Road was arrested after the girl went to Cresskill police, who contacted Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit, the prosecutor said today.

Garcia, who works for a Cresskill-based legal funding company, was being held on $100,000 bail, charged with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree child endangerment.
