These Fairfield County Zip Codes Rank Among State's Most Expensive, New Report Says

A new ranking has determined which zip codes have the most expensive homes in Connecticut.

Stacker.com published a ranking on Tuesday, April 5, of the top 50 most expensive zip codes in the state based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all residences as of February 2021.

The most expensive zip codes on the list were located in Fairfield County.

Greenwich's 06830 zip code was ranked the most expensive in the state, with a typical home value of $1,649,982, which is 461.1% above typical value in Connecticut, according to the report.

The second and third rankings on the list went to Greenwich's 06878 and 06870 zip codes.

Darien's 06820 zip code was ranked fourth most expensive.

Other counties were also included in the ranking, such as 06793 in the Litchfield County city of Washington, which was ranked 14th most expensive, and 06783 in Roxbury, which was ranked 16th.
