Biederman, the President of Biederman Redevelopment Ventures in New York gained national attention for transforming Bryant Park in New York City and building new parks and public spaces all over the country. At Harbor Point, BRV will begin in 2016 with programming and events, at both Commons Park and the waterfront. BRV will also begin planning streetscape improvements that will include signage, lighting, and horticulture to better tie the neighborhood together and upgrade it visually. All of these improvements aim to increase the overall attraction of living and working in the Harbor Point area.

“Our aim is to extend into the public realm the exciting activity that Building and Land Technology has created inside their office and apartment buildings,” said Biederman. “By giving residents and office workers dozens of new reasons to spend time outside, we expect them to enjoy living and working at Harbor Point even more than they do today, and to spread the word that it’s a fun yet sophisticated place to be.”
