Parent Program At Somers High School Focuses On Drug, Alcohol Dangers

SOMERS, N.Y. -- A program for parents on protecting their children from the dangers of drugs and alcohol use will be held at Somers High School's Auditorium on Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Parents are invited to attend a free program on the dangers of drug and alcohol use among youth.

The event is co-sponsored by Somers Partners in Prevention, Drug Crisis in Our Backyard, Student Assistance, The Westchester County Police Department, Somers High School PTSA, Somers Record and the Somers Police Department.
