MAHOPAC, N.Y. - Putnam County remembered those who gave their lives in military service Monday on Memorial Day, with a parade and a ceremony in Mahopac.
The Mahopac VFW Post 5491 and American Legion Post 1080 parade started at Clarke Place and proceeded to Veteran's Memorial Park behind the Mahopac Library.
