Now, investigators believe it was an accident.

Authorities say they arrived shortly after 7 p.m. and quickly determined "there was no further threat to visitors to the mall."

Instead, police think a firearm in a shopper's pants went off unintentionally.

No injuries were reported and authorities are still looking for the culprit.

Anyone with information is asked to call UMTPD at 610-265-3232.
