SOMERS, N.Y. -- High school students who are set to take the ACT exam can take a free practice version at the Somers Library.
The practice exam, which is being offered by the Princeton Review, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, Feb. 27 and will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The ACT, along with the SAT, are the two major entrance exams for colleges and universities.
The library adds, "After the test, participants will receive an extensive score-report showing you exactly where your strengths and weaknesses are, PLUS a personalized consultation to go over your scores and answer your questions!"
In order to take the practice test, registration is needed. To register, the library notes, either call at 914-232-5717 or go to its website's events calendar.
