Gilroy is a local artist primarily involved in acrylic paintings and digital artwork. Gilroy has a degree in studio art from the University of Virginia.
Her paintings are generally abstract landscapes with multiple planes of perspective. This technique prevents the painting from resolving into a single image and instead allows the mind to wander through the painting, inventing new interpretations.
