Somers Lions' Annual Carnival Promises Rides, Games

SOMERS, N.Y. -- The Somers Lions Club announced that it will hold its annual carnival, which runs from Thursday, April 28 to Sunday, May 1.

The carnival will feature an array of rides, games and food. Admission is free but rides are not. However, access to unlimited rides can be purchased for $25, with the Lions Club offering an additional $3 discount through its website.

The carnival will open at 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

As in previous years, the carnival's location will be at Fireman's Field, which is off of Route 202.
