Anime Club: 3 p.m. Watch and discuss Japanese Anime with other Somers High School students. The club always is open to new members throughout the school year. It's at the Somers Library, 82 Primrose St. in Reis Park.
Teen Advisory Group: 6 p.m. The Somers Library is looking for middle- and high-school students who are interested in developing and implementing programs/events, creating book displays and enhancing the library's website. The Teen Advisory Group meets once a month and all members receive community service hours. The Somers Library is at 82 Primrose St. in Reis Park. Blood Drive: 2:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Town of Somers is collecting blood on behalf of the New York Blood Center. The event takes place at the Somers Town House, 335 Route 202, Somers. For more information contact Barbara Sherry at BSherry@somersny.com.
Somers Board of Education: 7 p.m. The board will have a workshop meeting in the library of the Somers Middle School, 250 Route 202, Somers.

Somers Booster Club: 7 p.m. The club will meet in Room 219A at Somers High School, 120 Primrose St., Somers.
Somers Rotary Club: 6:45 p.m. The Somers Rotary Club meets on the first, second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The speaker for Wednesday evening will be Younhee Shin-On, discussing “Korea’s Unique History.” It takes place at Somerfields Restaurant in the Somerstowne Center (Routes 100 and 202), Somers.
Somers Planning Board: 7:30 p.m. The board will meet at the Town House, 335 Route 202, Somers.
