Tuesday, Sept. 4

Baby Time at the Library: 10:30 to 11 a.m. It’s a session of stories, songs and finger-plays for children from the ages of 6 months to 2 years, accompanied by their caregivers. No registration is necessary. Somers Library, 82 Primrose St., Reis Park.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

School Opens in Somers.

Somers Energy and Environment Committee Meeting: 7 p.m. The committee will meet at the Van Tassell Park Recreation Center, Primrose Street, Somers.

Thursday, Sept. 6

Toddler Story Time: 10:30 to 11 a.m. It’s a session of stories, songs and finger-plays for children 2 and 3 years old, accompanied by their caregivers. No registration is necessary. Somers Library, 82 Primrose St., Reis Park.

Somers Town Board Work Session: 7:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend a town board work session. Somers Town House, 335 Route 202, Somers.
