SOMERS, N. Y. An incident at the Lincoln Hall School for Boys in Lincolndale Wednesday afternoon left one resident with a fractured jaw and three others facing assault charges, New York State Police reported.
Tyquell Smith, 16, was charged with third-degree assault, arraigned at Somers Town Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
The other two alleged assailants, both under 16, were transferred to Woodfield Cottage, pending arraignment in Westchester County Family Court on Thursday.
The victim was treated for the jaw fracture and contusions.
Smith is scheduled to reappear in Somers Court on April 23 at 5:30 p.m.
