Accident Blocks Lane, Causes Heavy Traffic On I-84

CARMEL, N.Y. -- An accident blocked the left lane on eastbound I-84 Wednesday morning and caused stopped traffic.

The accident, at Exit 19 (Route 312), resulted in stop-and-go conditions back to Exit 18 (Route 311).
