WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident that blocked the left lane on eastbound I-287 resulted in stop-and-go traffic late Wednesday morning in White Plains.

The accident, reported at 9:40 a.m., was between Route 119/Route 100 (Exit 5) and Route 22 (Exit 6).
