MAHOPAC, N.Y. – A male beagle found wandering in Mahopac In November is being cared for at the Putnam Humane Society in Carmel.

The black-and-tan dog was walking near Union Valley Road/Croton Falls Road (Route 34) on Sunday, Nov. 13.

Anyone who knows who the beagle belongs to can call the shelter at (845)-225-7777.

The shelter is at 68 Old Route 6.
