SOMERS, N.Y. - A Lewisboro man whom state police stopped because he was driving in an odd manner was found to be driving while intoxicated, police said.
At about 1:15 a.m. Thursday morning, state police stopped Andrew Gotimer, 28, of Lewisboro, for a vehicle and traffic law offense on Route 35 in Somers. Police requested Gotimer take a blood alcohol test and found him to be legally drunk with a blood alcohol level of .28, more than triple the legal limit, police said.
He was issued tickets and is required to appear at Somers Town Court on Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m.
