Harrison police said Jesus Cano, 27, of Yonkers was arrested and charged after the crash, which occurred along the eastbound side of the service road to I-287 about 5 p.m., said Detective Derka Abbate

When Harrison and Westchester County police arrived on scene they found a black Acura RSX, that had gone off the road and knocked over a Westchester County bus stop and a utility police, temporarily cutting power to a nearby traffic signal.

Officers said the driver had fled the scene but was later located at his Yonkers home around 8 p.m.

When caught, a Breathalyzer test revealed Cano had a blood alcohol content of 0.26 percent, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent, police said.

He was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, and speeding.

Cano was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court in January.
