SOMERS, N.Y. A Jack Russell terrier was found late Wednesday afternoon in the Somers neighborhood of Mountain View Drive, Wilner Road and Londonberry Lane.
The dog is wearing a collar from an electric fence company but has no name tag. He is very sweet, well-trained and does not bark.
