PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. - A Putnam County foster dog has been reported missing after running off in Carmel.

Sydney escaped from her foster home on Tuesday afternoon and was last seen running away from Bullet Hole Road.

According to her family, she is very skittish and will run if she is approached. She should not be chased, and while she won’t bite anyone that attempts to approach her, she will run away and hide.
