PCS Bank Raises More Than $50,000 At Heart Walk

PCSB (formerly Putnam County Savings Bank) took center stage at the 2017 Heart Walk, raising $53,577 for the American Heart Association.

PCSB Bank employees, along with families and friends, were out in full force for the 2017 Heart Walk on April 23rd, raising a record $53,577 for the American Heart Association (AHA).

The team included 448 employees, families, friends, and pets this year. During the past 14 years, the bank has raised a more than $489,000 for the AHA. 

“The Heart Walk provides an opportunity for employees and their families and friends to raise money for an important cause that affects us all—and I am very proud of the ‘team spirit’ we display,” said Joseph Roberto, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of PCSB. “As a community-focused bank, we are committed to helping the AHA fight heart disease."
