Led by frontman and founder Andy Steinberg, who graduated from Somers High School in 1994, The Primrose Drive has shared the stage with nationally touring and regional acts including Consider The Source, Anders Osbourne, Relative Souls, Jab, Tor Miller Band, Kwame and The Uptown Shakedown, and The Hornitz.
They've appeared at venues throughout New York City, Connecticut and Boston, including Sullivan Hall, The Bitter End, The Shrine, Church (Boston), Copperfield’s, Neutral Ground, Bar East and Alphabet Lounge.
PJ's Restaurant, located in Baldwin Place, is known for hosting live entertainment every Saturday night. Throughout its 22 years as a Somers establishment, bands from a wide variety of different musical genres have played PJ's.
The Thanksgiving Eve show has a $5 cover charge and starts at 10 p.m. The Primrose Drive, which takes its name from the Somers street where Steinberg grew up, will be performing covers and original pop-infused rock songs that showcase the band's sweet harmonies and experimental funk jams.
PJ's has both a bar and dining room area where patrons can enjoy the show. The kitchen is open until 11 p.m. that night and will offer a variety of dinner and drink specials in addition to the regular menu.
