SOMERS, N.Y. - While conducting a DWI enforcement initiative on Route 35 in Somers Thursday, New York State Police stopped Mark Erickson, 19, of Fishkill and issued him with uniform traffic tickets for misdemeanor driving while his ability was impaired by drugs.
Erickson is scheduled to appear in Somers Town Court at 5:30 p.m. April 4.
