WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the northbound Taconic State Parkway caused delays Tuesday morning in Mount Pleasant.
The accident, between Route 141 and the Saw Mill River Parkway, was reported at 9 a.m. and cleared by 10 a.m.
