Girl Scout Bench Dedication: 5:30 p.m. Somers Girl Scout Troop 2633 is installing a bench at Somers Library as a prerequisite to each Scout’s earning an individual Gold Award. The bench dedication will take place in front of the library, 82 Primrose St. in Reis Park.

Pajama Story Time: 7-7:30 p.m. Get ready for bed, then drop into the library for a bedtime story. All ages are invited. No registration is necessary. It’s at the Somers Library, 82 Primrose St. in Reis Park.

Meeting of the Somers Education Foundation: 7:30-9 p.m. The foundation will meet in the library at the Somers Intermediate School, 240 Route 202, Somers.

Meeting of the Anime, Reading & Game Club: 3-4:30 p.m. The club welcomes all middle and high school students to join in the celebration of Japanese Anime throughout the summer.
