WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Annette Ruth Amler, a former longtime White Plains resident, died Oct. 17. She was 92.
Amler was born March 26, 1920, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Max and Eva Eisenberg. Most recently of Westchester Meadows Assisted Living in Valhalla, she also lived in Heritage Hills in Somers.
Her husband, Alfred B. Amler, died in 1994.
Amler is survived by three children, David (Peggy) Amler, of White Plains, Arthur (Sharon) Amler, of Yorktown Heights, and Jane (Larry) Lewis, of Katonah; a brother-in-law, Dr. Melvin Amler, of Somers; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, at Hawthorne Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Eden Cemetery in Hawthorne.
