SOMERS, N.Y. - Elizabeth (Matra) Alfonzetti of Somers died Dec. 10. She was 72.
Alfonzetti was born April 24, 1942, in Scilla, Italy, to Anthony and Anna Matra.
Alfonzetti is survived by her husband, Rocco Alfonzetti Sr.; children, Vitaliana (Paul) Maffucci, Elizabeth (Ian) Ceppos and Rocco (Donna) Alfonzetti Jr.; eight grandchildren; and siblings, Joseph, Frank, John, Nancy, Rocco, Dominic, Angela, Maria and their families.
Calling hours are Friday, Dec. 12 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Beecher Flooks Funeral Home in Pleasantville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 at Holy Innocents R.C. Church in Pleasantville. Entombment to follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
