CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Katherine Salyer, of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Friday, Feb. 27. She was 85.
Salyer was born in Ireland and immigrated to the United States in 1949.
She is survived by her son Frederick and daughter-in-law Rosemarie of Montrose, daughter Eileen of Ormond Beach, Fla., daughter Maureen Johnson and son-in-law David of Tampa; six grandchildren, Fred Salyer of Huguenot, Robert Salyer of New Windsor, Christine Salyer of Tucson, Ariz., Kevin Norman of Ormond Beach, Fla., Ryan Salyer and Fallon Gaines.
Funeral services will be held at Cortlandt Funeral Home, 97 Broadway, Verplanck.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home on Friday, March 6, from 5-7 p.m.
