SOMERS, N.Y. - Marilyn R. Benson of Somers died Sept. 16. She was 84.
Benson was born in 1930.
Benson is survived by her husband, Charles Benson; children, Christopher Benson (Ellen McGrath Benson) and Meredith Benson; brothers, Charles and Michael DeMar; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Calling hours are Friday, Sept. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Somers. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at the church with interment to follow at the church columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Benson’s memory may be made to St. Luke's Thrift Shop, Somers or Hospice of Northern Westchester and Putnam.
