CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Walter Carroll Davidson, of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Monday, March 9. He was 63.
Davidson was born on March 5, 1952, in Akron, Ohio, to Victor and Dorothy (nee Wagner) Davidson. He worked for Boehringer Ingelheim as a pharmaceutical research chemist, retiring in 2014 after 25 years of service.
He was predeceased by his mother. He is survived by his wife, Cathy; sons Scott and Dean; father; and sisters Estelle DelPorto, Teresa Paulus and Virginia Davidson.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday, March 11, from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, March 12, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 13, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
