Somers State Police Charge Man With DWI

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Somers Barracks charged a Brewster man with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license on Sunday, Nov. 16, officials said.

Troopers pulled over  Brian E. Tiller, 41, on Route 6 for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of travel. Subsequent led Troopers to believe that Tiller was intoxicated. Tiller's license was also suspended due to a DWI conviction from 2009, police said. 

Tiller was arraigned in the Town of Carmel Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail, police said.
