Four Suffer Stab Wounds In Melee Outside Northern Westchester Bar

Four people were stabbed after an overnight altercation at a bar in Cortlandt spilled onto Route 9A and neighboring park lots early Saturday morning, state police said.

The melee began with an altercation which occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. at Fulgum’s Bar, at 2151 Albany Post Road in Montrose, police said.

The four victims who suffered stab wounds were all transported by Cortlandt EMS to the trauma center at Westchester Medical Center with various injuries. One of the victims is currently in surgery.

State Police from the Cortlandt barracks were assisted by Croton Police, Buchanan Police, Peekskill Police and Westchester County Police.
