Police say the bench warrant was issued for Hoti after he allegedly failed to appear in Yorktown court for a scheduled appearance in reference to a past arrest on a charge of second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, which had Hoti in custody on an unrelated incident, transported Hoti to the Yorktown Police Department, where he was arrested on the warrant. Following processing, Hoti was arraigned by Judge Gary J. Raniolo and released on $1,000 bail. Hoti is scheduled to answer the warrant in Yorktown court on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m.
