Darryl J. Costello, 45, was driving on Route 6 and was pulled over for allegedly failing to dim his high beams to on-coming traffic, police said.
Costello was suspected of being intoxicated and subsequently provided a breathalyzer test that yielded a blood alcohol content of .38 percent, more than four times the legal limit, police said.
Costello was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and is scheduled to appear in Somers Court on June 15, police said.
