Man Found Sleeping In Car At Route 202 Gas Station Charged

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man is facing several drug and weapons charges after state police found him sleeping in his car at a gas station on Route 202 on Sunday, according to officials.

Troopers allegedly found Christian E. Eynon, Sr., 40, asleep in his vehicle at the Shell Gas Station on Crompond Road, police said.

Following an investigation, it was discovered that Eynon, was allegedly in possession of cocaine and a black jack weapon, police said. 

Enyon was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal using of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
