YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have served a 42-year-old Mohegan Lake resident with a criminal summons for exposing himself to a female patron of a local a tattoo parlor.

The complainant alleged that the suspect, identified as Andrew J. Ortner, exposed his genitals to one of the establishment’s customers, police report.

Following an investigation, a criminal summons was applied for and obtained from Yorktown Justice Court, according to officials.

Ortner has been charged with exposure of a person, a violation, police report.

The summons was served to Ortner on Friday, according to officials.

The defendant has been directed to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Aug. 11, police report.
