- State Police from Cortlandt charged Mahopac resident Brian B. Tully, 28, with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Tully was charged with DWAI by drugs following a one-car motor vehicle collision investigation that occurred on Red Mill Road, police said. Tully was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Friday, Oct. 7
- State Police from the Hawthorne barracks charged Bronx resident Brett M. Donovan, 37, with driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Troopers stopped Donovan on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to maintain his lane of travel and he was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop, police said. Donovan was also found to unlawfully possess a controlled substance. He was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Thursday, Oct. 13.

- State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged Mahopac resident Edwin J. Arevalo-Pani, 21, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Arevalo-Pani was arrested after a one-car crash that occurred on Primrose Street in Somers. He provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .09 percent, police said.. He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Somers Justice Court on Monday, Oct. 17.
- State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged Cortlandt resident Ellen M. Cottrell, 56, with DWI, a misdemeanor, after they were dispatched to a domestic dispute in Corlandt. Upon their arrival, Cottrell was located attempting to leave the scene of the dispute in a vehicle while she was in an intoxicated state, police said. She was additionally charged with criminal contempt after police discovered that she had violated a court order of protection. She provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .15 percent, police said. She is due to appear in Cortlandt Court at a later date and time.
- State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged Hopewell Junction resident Shelby A. Boettcher, 26, with DWI, a misdemeanor, after investigating a one-car crash that occurred on Route 9D in Philipstown. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear in the Town of Philipstown Justice Court on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
- State Police from Somers charged Newark, N.J., resident Milton Rodriguez, 41, with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. after troopers were dispatched to investigate the report of a vehicle that had driven off of Route 121 in the Town of North Salem. A subsequent investigation revealed that Rodriguez, the driver of the vehicle, was intoxicated at the time of the incident, police said. He provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .17 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication, police said. He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of North Salem Court on Monday, Oct. 17.
- State Police from Hawthorne charged Croton resident Mark A. Dipasquale, 22, with DWI, a misdemeanor, after he was stopped by police on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop. The defendant provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 percent and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Thursday, Oct. 13, police said.
