YORKTOWN, N.Y. - While on routine patrol Monday, a Yorktown police detective reported seeing a car driving in an aggressive manner and when the car was stopped, found the driver was driving with a suspended license.
The detective stopped Cassandra McIssac, 25, of Baldwin Place, after reportedly seeing her fail to signal a turn off Route 6. Upon further investigation the detective found she had a suspended license, police said.
