State Police Arrest Man In Somers On DWI Charge

SOMERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police accused a Mahopac man of driving while intoxicated in Somers on Sunday, Dec. 8, according to police officials.

Garrett N. Marino, 41, was pulled over by police for doing 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. Subsequent investigation revealed Marino to be intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent, State Police said.

Marino is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Dec. 16.
