SOMERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police in Somers arrested an East Haven, Conn., man for allegedly having a hypodermic needle while visiting an inmate at Bedford's Taconic Correctional Facility, police officials said.
State Police arrested a Connecticut man for possessing a hypodermic needle while visiting an inmate.
