Two Men Charged With Assault In Somers

SOMERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police recently charged two men in Somers and accused them of being involved in a physical altercation at a Somers home.

Police arrested 21-year-old Ryan S. Jaybusch, of Mohegan Lake, and 21-year-old Adam R. Rosenthal, of Mahopac, and charged both with third-degree assault.

"Jaybusch and Rosenthal were arrested subsequent to the investigation of a physical altercation that took place at a residence on Mahopac Avenue in the Town of Somers," state police reported. "The victim of the assault sustained a broken nose and lacerations to his head and an ear as a result of the attack. He was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital for treatment of his injuries."

Jaybusch and Rosenthal were processed at the State Police headquarters in Somers and were each issued an appearance ticket for Town of Somers Court.
