Lynda O'Hanlon of Katonah, inducted in 2014, was arrested on the bench warrant, police said. In July, she was arrested after leaving a dog inside her hot car with the windows closed at the Triangle Shopping Center.

O'Hanlon was turned over to Yorktown Police from New York State Police. She was released on $500 bail and is due back in court on Sept. 26.
