Yorktown Man Charged With Harrassment

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police charged a Yorktown Heights man with second-degree harassment on Tuesday, Sept. 16, officials said.

Police received a complaint that Anthony Viverito, 56, of Yorktown Heights allegedly struck another male in the face, police said.

Viverito surrendered himself voluntarily and is due to appear in court on Thursday, Sept. 25, police said.
