Yorktown Man Driving 95 MPH Charged With DWI, Police Say

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Yorktown man with driving while intoxicated after reportedly observing him driving at 95 mph in a 55 mph zone in Mount Pleasant on Sunday, Nov. 23, according to officials.

After stopping Angel L. Serrano, 48, troopers suspected him of being intoxicated, police said. 

Serrano is scheduled to appear in Mount Pleasant Court on Thursday, Dec. 4, police said.
