The new units will be aimed at empty-nesters and will be located east of Interstate 684 near the A&P Shopping Center, LoHud.com reported.
The development will feature a mix of single-family and two-family units, as well as a working farm and clubhouse with gym. In order to comply with Westchester County regulations, nine of the units would be designated as affordable housing, LoHud.com said.
