Located at 10 Byron Place, right in the center of town, the eight-story residence will boast 149 unique and spacious homes. Gabe Pasquale, executive vice president of Elliman’s Westchester brokerage, will be leading the sales effort, along with Susan Joyce and Deborah Fugazy of Douglas Elliman’s Scarsdale office. Byron Place Associates developed the project, and Ceres Realty Group is managing the development. The Cambium will offer one- and two-bedroom residences and a collection of penthouses on eight residential floors. All residences feature custom flooring, handcrafted cabinetry in the kitchen, Thermador appliances, master bathrooms and Bosch washer/dryer. Penthouse residences feature Gaggenau refrigerators, Miele cooktops, Thermador ovens, dishwashers and microwaves, and Bosch washer/dryers. Select residences feature private terraces and studies.
